Serious About Safety

Sentry Mechanical is SERIOUS ABOUT SAFETY because it is the company’s top priority and is an effective contributing factor to the quality of our work. We have maintained a detailed safety manual, including directions on hazardous materials, worker safety, and project site security, among other topics.

 

Additionally, each of our employees receives information on individual responsibilities, and details on accident prevention, employee attire and behavior, work procedures, and setting up and maintaining safe site conditions. We also have designated staff trained in first aid and certified in CPR.

Because Safety is so important to Sentry Mechanical, we provide safety training for our new employees and ongoing training for our existing employees; we have safety procedures in place to ensure safety planning to prevent accidents; we measure our safety performance (Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and OSHA safety statistics); we communicate safety performance to our employees; and we evaluate each of our subcontractors to maintain the proper safety plans.
